If you are ever in need of a thorough home inspection in Tacoma, WA, you can save yourself time and trouble by placing your first call to Exploratory Home Inspection. I do not do cursory inspections unless that is what you want. What I do best is exploratory inspections. I look places some inspectors have a tendency to bypass, and I let nothing go unreported that could even remotely be a potential source of a problem down the road.
I don’t necessarily look for everything in a home inspection unless that is the service you would like me to perform. I am quite often asked to do a partial inspection, which may consist of examining household electrical, heating, plumbing, and mechanical systems. If all you need is a home roof inspection, then that is what you will receive, down to the last shingle, flue, or vent. I pay special attention to areas where earlier repairs have been made, and to the seals around skylights or other features that have been set into the roofing.
Some homeowners are particularly interested in the condition of the structures siding, foundation, porches, or decks. When I inspect the exterior of a structure, I always look for cracks or openings that could enable moisture to enter into areas it is not wanted, and the same for pests, from ants and cockroaches, to mice and their larger cousins.
If you want to have your home inspected for things that are susceptible to damage or wear and tear, or are in periodic need of maintenance, I can offer my home maintenance inspection services, whether you are looking for a one-time inspection or you would prefer to take advantage of my annual home inspection service.
If you feel it is a good time for your home to undergo a complete or partial inspection so you can be made aware of actions that may need to be taken, or enjoy the peace of mind in knowing all is well, give me a call. I will be happy to give you a quote, and set up an appointment.
